AMC Networks announced that Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad, Life in Pieces) has joined the cast of the supernatural horror series, Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches, starring Alexandra Daddario, as a series regular for the third season in the role of Katherine.
The third season begins production this week in Vancouver, Canada and will dive deeper into the mythology of witchcraft, introduce new ‘spellbound’ families and feature some of the historical happenings of Salem, the infamous town of witch trials and folklore. Mayfair Witches also stars Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa, and Alyssa Jirrels.
The second series in AMC Networks’ Anne Rice Immortal Universe, Mayfair Witches season two remains among the top series on AMC+ in both viewership and acquisition. In addition to Mayfair, the franchise includes the award-winning series Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire, which is in production on its third season titled The Vampire Lestat and Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order, which recently debuted and airs on Sundays on AMC and AMC+.
