Fans of Dexter are eagerly awaiting the upcoming prequel series Dexter: Original Sin, set to premiere Friday, December 13. It will stream and be available on demand for Paramount+ subscribers with the Paramount+ with Showtime plan, before making its on-air US debut on Sunday, December 15 at 10pm ET/PT.
Taking place 15 years before audiences first met Dexter in the original series, the new 10-episode series will chronicle America’s favorite serial killer in training in 1991 in Miami. Christian Slater (Mr. Robot, Dr. Death) will play Dexter’s dad, Harry Morgan, Patrick Gibson (Shadow and Bone, The OA) will play the young Dexter Morgan, and Molly Brown (Evil, Billions) will play Dexter’s sister, Debra Morgan.
