Netflix‘s latest series is the the six-episode psychological thriller His & Hers, adapted from Alice Feeney’s novel of the same title. Starring Tessa Thompson (Hedda, Creed) and Jon Bernthal (The Punisher, The Accountant), the limited series debuted on January 8.
His & Hers follows Anna (Thompson) who has withdrawn into a lonely existence, cut off from her friends and her former life as a news anchor. When word reaches her of a murder in Dahlonega, the quiet hometown she once escaped to, she beings to obsessively dive into the case. Detective Jack Harper (Bernthal) views her sudden involvement with wary suspicion, pulling her deeper into the sights of his investigation.
