Prime Video’s new series, The Runarounds, is a fictional drama but features a real band, The Runarounds, consisting of William Lipton, Axel Ellis, Jeremy Yun, Zendé Murdock, and Jesse Golliher. From Outer Banks creator Jonas Pate, the eight-episode series premiered on September 1 and and follows band members as they graduate from Wilmington, North Carolina and come together during the summer to form a rock band and search for stardom.
