Ethan Eng and Justin Morrice joined us for a chat about having their debut film premiere at Slamdance 2022. We also asked Ethan and Justin what it was like filming Therapy Dogs during their senior year of high school, and how it blends reality and fiction because of the filming style.

Logline: A young woman moves to New York and becomes entangled in her roommates’ tumultuous relationship.

We spoke with Justin Zuckerman and Ryan Martin Brown (who also plays Eric) about making this film pre-pandemic and wearing multiple hats for its production. Justin and Ryan also discuss filming with a miniDV and what the advantages were of using this approach.
