2018 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nominees Announced

This morning, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced the nominees for induction into the 2018 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio on April 14, 2018.

There are 19 this year:

The Cars
Depeche Mode
Dire Straits
Eurythmics
J. Geils Band
Judas Priest
LL Cool J
The MC5
The Meters
Moody Blues
Radiohead
Rage Against the Machine
Rufus featuring Chaka Khan
Nina Simone
Sister Rosetta Tharpe
Link Wray
The Zombies

Last year’s inductees were Joan Baez, Journey, ELO, Pearl Jam, Tupac Shakur, Yes and Nile Rodgers

Fans can have a role in the induction selection – starting today through December 5, 2017, fans can go to rockhall.com/vote and vote for the artist(s) (up to 5) they would like to see be inducted. The top five artists will be combined with the other ballots to choose the 2018 inductees.
