10 Summer Themed Horror Movies to Watch this Season
October isn’t the only time to celebrate the genre of horror in film. While Spooky Season officially kicks off in October, the summer season is another great time to celebrate the genre. From classics like Jaws (1975), The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974), Friday the 13th (1980), The Burning (1981), Sleepaway Camp (1983), and I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997), to name a few, summer time can be just as scary as Halloween.

As we kick off the summer 2024 season, here are 10 summer themed horror movies to check out. These are mostly more recent ones, so you may or may not have seen some.
